Delivery Policy

Our company provides the following delivery methods, the details and chargesare as follows:

1. Door-to-door

  • Free shipping when orders over $5,000
  • For orders under $5,000, a delivery fee of HK$250 will be charged at checkout

2. SF (Freight collect)

  • In order to make the goods more easily delivered to customers, customers can choose "SF Station/Smart CabinetSelf-Pickup"
  • The freight is collected directly by SF Express and is paid by the customer when picking up the goods.

3. San Po Kong self-pickup point (self-pickup)

  • Regardless of the purchase amount, you can use the"Self-pickup of goods at San Po Kong pick-up point" service. When the order status is "available for pick-up", you can use the order confirmation email to pick up the goods at the pick-up point address within 5days. If you pick up after the deadline, you will need to Pay storage fees.

Terms of DeliveryService
Delivery Fee
1.  Free delivery is available for each order with a purchase of HK$5,000 or above for a single delivery location only and is only available in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories.
2.  Delivery fee of HK$250 will be charged for an order with a net purchase below HK$5,000.
3.  A surcharge of HK$160 will be applied for delivery to Discovery Bay.

Delivery to Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, and Hong Kong Airport, a surcharge will be applied and quoted separately. (Surcharge may be adjusted to the size and weight of the goods)

Delivery is not available for locations at Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shae Pik, Po Lin Monastery, and Tai O. 

4. All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the actual supply of goods. In-stock products will be delivered in 7 working days(excluding Out of stock product or special orders), but subject to the actual situation.

** No refund of delivery fee if no one is receiving delivery upon arrival of goods at the appointed time. Should delivery be rescheduled in such circumstances, a redelivery fee of HK80 will be charged.

5.  All surcharges shall be paid in cash in Hong Kong dollars on delivery.

6.  In the event of a lift breakdown during delivery we will make arrangements to deliver the goods at another time. A surcharge will be applied for such re-delivery.

7.  Delivery services are only available in Hong Kong. For overseas delivery arrangements, please contact us via Whatsapp at (+852) 5196 8860

8.  No delivery service will be provided on Sundays and during the Chinese New Year holidays.

9.  If typhoon signal No.8 or above is hosted, a red or black rainstorm warning is issued, and delivery service will be delayed or otherwise arranged.
