The customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any defects and/or damage. If any problems are found immediately, or if any products are found not up to manufacturers' standard within 7 days of purchase, the exchange service is entitled subjected to the following terms:
- An exchange request should be made and contact us within 7 days from the date of the product received
- Original invoice/receipt, packing, accessories, user guide and blank warranty card should be returned together with the product in good condition for exchange; and
- No exchange or warranty services will be provided for anti-epidemic products, display items, free gifts and discounted items.
We have the right to refuse to exchange a product on the ground of the defect is caused by:
- Misuse, abuse or accident.
- Negligence, loss or not conforming to those specified in the User Manual.
- Altered or repaired by unauthorized persons.
