- Responsible for all sales related activities, such as : preparing sales quotation, tendering, negotiation process, project follow up, marketing and promotional activities;
- Liaise with customers to develop a very clear and detailed understanding of customer needs, order confirmation, or complaints handling, etc.;
- Provide basic technical consultations and demonstrations of our testing and measurement instruments to potential clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our products;
- Prepare and present technical proposals and quotes, ensuring they meet customer requirements and expectations;
- Specification conformity for electrical and mechanical products and equipment;
- Co-ordination with Technical Team & Vendors (Pre Sales & After Sales issues);
- Key account management and Maintain business relationship with distributors and customers;
- Conduct market research and analysis, to understand the market competitiveness and target consumers;
- To identify business opportunities and meeting sales targets;
- Prepare sales reports and market updates
- Associate Degree or Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines;
- At least 3-5 years' experience preferably in marketing & sales of Product / B2B sales, with a proven track record of successful sales performance preferred;
- Excellent sales skills and negotiation abilities, capable of independently completing sales tasks;
- Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks;
- Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively coordinate internal and external resources;
- Proficient in English and Chinese (both Mandarin & Cantonese);
- Capable to work under pressure;
- Holder of driving license (Class 1 & 2) is an advantage
